Mr. Fisher concentrates his litigation practice on criminal defense and family law. His criminal defense experience has included clients facing charges at all levels, from simple possession misdemeanors to Class A felonies such as aggravated rape and murder.

Mr. Fisher’s family law litigation ranges from establishing paternity to contested divorces. He is very experienced in child custody and child support matters, and works with the Tennessee Supreme Court helping families who have fallen into the foster care system.

Before entering private practice, Mr. Fisher was a state attorney prosecuting Title IV-D Child Support cases for the state of Tennessee. He handled as many as 125 cases per week, managing every step from preparation of petition through trial, and oversaw administrative appeals including license revocations and asset seizures.

A native of Rome, Georgia, Mr. Fisher moved to Chattanooga in 2011 and enjoys photography, travel, barbequing, and spending time with his twin sons, who are known as “the Bubbas.”
